Top 30!

Olá!!! Bom, depois de mais de um mês fora, aqui estou eu com o top 30 como prometido... e até meio antecipado ^.~
Antes de tudo, eu queria avizar que a maioria dos blogs que foram eliminados tinham chances de passar para esse top, mas eu não tive como não eliminar, porque afinal era o top 30 e eu tinha que eleminar 20 blogs (o que é bastante para a qualidade). E, uma boa parte foi desclassificado porque: não abria o blog, o endereço não estava no ar, descumpriu regras ou estava sem selo.
